How do I track my order?
Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive an email notifying you with your tracking number. From there, you can track your order on the carrier's website.
Some items are shipped via U.S. Postal Service and take approximately 3-5 business days to deliver once processed. Other "preordered" items will be emailed the tracking number to you.
How do "Preorders" work?
Orders labeled "Preorder" are preordered and will be processed which takes 10-12 days (due to the manufacturer) and then shipped out to you. Please expect to have your order in about 12 days. If ordering for a special event, be mindful to order ahead of time or choose our express shipping. Please contact us if you have any questions or concerns.
How long does it take for the customized cases?
Please allow up to two weeks for customizing to take place. After customizing, we will immediately ship out your customized case. Please see above question for shipping information. Please make sure you chose the right color, model, and sent your final picture.
How can I do a local pick-up?
If you are local to us, we can hand deliver the item to you. For additional information and for help to waive shipping, please contact us.

Do you provide International delivery?
As of 9/20/2019, we do! For more information or to make a request/demand, please use the contact forum or shoot us an email.
What is your return/exchange policy?
We do not accept returns or exchanges. Please note that ALL sales are final. If a problem occurs, please contact us and we'll provide the best assistance we can. If you receive an item that is damaged, defective, or is not the item you ordered, please contact us within TWO days of delivery, Thank you!
When do you restock?
